 The Town of Bucoda now offers an online bill payment option for your convenience.

Payments must be received by 5PM on the 20th of the month following meter reads to avoid late charges. (We do not go by postmark date) 

Please note:

• A 2.5% service fee (minimum $1.00) applies to all card payments.
• E-check payments have a flat fee of $1.50 per transaction. 

These fees are charged at the time of payment.

To pay your utility bill by phone, call: 1-866-549-1010

When prompted:

Enter Bureau Number: 3646194

Then enter your account number (found on your utility bill)

Please have your information ready before calling.

 We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard & Discover. 

Town of Bucoda Utility bills are a two-month billing cycle. Sent out the first of even months and due on the 20th. If the 20th is on a day the office is closed or a holiday the bill is due the next day the office is open & late the day after.
